IN PERSON CLASSES
  • Payment must be received in advance.
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Payments are non-transferable.
  • If the class cannot go ahead in person due to weather conditions, the class will be offered at the same time online.
ONLINE LIVE CLASSES
  • Payment must be received in advance.
  • No refunds will be issued, unless the class is cancelled my me.
  • Payments are non-transferable.
ONLINE MEMBERSHIP
  • Cancel anytime.
  • Access is granted for as long as you are a member.
RETREATS
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING
Your place at the retreat/workshop will be reserved on receipt of deposit payment and completed booking form. Where applicable, room types are subject to availability and available on the first come first served basis.

INSURANCE
It is a condition of all classes/retreats/workshops that you are fully insured for yoga and physical fitness activities, as well as travel or event cancellations. You agree to undertake this activity at your own risk. It is each individual’s responsibility to monitor their own ability to undertake the activities offered.

HEALTH WAIVER
Participation is done at your own risk and at the approval of a qualified health professional. You must have disclosed all details regarding your medical history relevant to the class and understand that any loss, damage, injury, or other mishap will not be the responsibility of the teacher. You understand that if any of the above information changes it is your responsibility to inform the teacher.

Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place. The balance is due no less than 21 days prior to the event. You may also pay in full at the time of booking if you prefer. Bookings made less than 21 days prior to the event must be paid in full. If you need to request special payment terms, for whatever reason, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of booking will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made up to 90 days prior to the event date will be refunded, minus deposit payment. Cancellations made after 90 days prior to the event date will not be refunded and the deposit remains non-refundable.
If the event needs to be cancelled by the organisers, your booking will be transferred to the rescheduled date, or you will receive a full refund.
OVERNIGHT RETREATS

Bookings made less than 10 weeks prior to the event must be paid in full. If you need to request special payment terms, for whatever reason, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Cancellations made after 12 weeks prior to the start of the event will not be refunded and the deposit remains non-refundable.
