Cancellation policy – Drop in’s & Trial Classes

Full refund for cancellations up to 12 hours before class starts.

Cancellation policy – Class Passes

No charge to rebook class for another available slot up to 12 hours before class starts. No refunds for cancellations after 12 hours before the class starts. No refunds on Class Passes. Class Passes are issued on an personal basis and are non-transferable. 

Waiver and Health Questionnaire – all classes

I understand that I am participating in all online and in person yoga classes at my own risk and at the approval of a qualified health professional. I have disclosed all details regarding my medical history relevant to the class and understand that any loss, damage, injury, or other mishap will not be the responsibility of the teacher. I understand that if any of the above information changes it is my responsibility to inform the teacher.

I also understand that if any of the below conditions apply to me, I must inform Pippa (hello@pippamossyoga.com) prior to booking or engaging in the class(es):

  • Diagnosed with a heart condition
  • Asthma
  • Epilepsy
  • High blood pressure
  • Low blood pressure
  • Dizziness
  • Joint Problems
  • Pregnant or have given birth in the last six months
  • Taking any medication which might affect you participating in exercise
  • Undergone recent surgery

I understand that if I am underweight that a doctor must have approved my exercise.
I understand that if there is any reason that I should not participate in the class that I should not book or participate in the class.

**Please note medical history and registration forms from students are used for class planning and management. They are held for at least seven years for insurance purposes. Any information collected is kept completely confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
